Avedon Fashion Photographs 1944-2000

Special Exhibition Galleries: South
Through January 17, 2010

Only two weeks remain to see the work of Richard Avedon, one of the most successful and influential photographers in the fashion field. Nearly 200 photographs, contact sheets, magazine layouts, and archival material are included in this comprehensive study. In their final days, exhibitions can be extremely crowded. So don’t wait to order tickets. Members are not charged a handling or service fee when reserving their complimentary tickets. Tickets for the general public are $12 for adults and $6 for youth ages six to seventeen, and include museum admission. Handling and service fees apply. Click here to order tickets.

Don’t forget to bring your cell phone to listen to Director Graham Beal’s audio commentary on the exhibition. Using the system is as easy as dialing a telephone number and then entering the number that corresponds to a particular image. You will use your cell phone minutes while connected, regardless of your carrier.
